If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, or have suggestions to improve a resource (or if you’ve found a typo or mistake), please reach out to me before leaving direct feedback for the product on TpT. I am happy to fix things!
I highly recommended carefully reading the product description and to download the preview to avoid any setbacks. If you are still unsure whether or not the resource is a good fit for your classroom, please email me and let me know what your needs are so I can help determine if it’s a good match. It can be difficult for a seller to receive feedback from a customer stating disappointment, or that the resource is not what they expected, or what the teacher wishes the resource was like instead– especially when the seller has included a detailed description. Please consider this before leaving feedback or contact the seller.
Important: If you are having a technical issue, i.e., trouble unzipping the file, error messages when trying to download it, trouble printing, etc., please do not contact the seller. The seller may not have the expertise to help you. TpT has a lovely team that is dedicated (and trained) to handle any technical issues you may have- please contact TpT should you need assistance.
Even after you’ve left feedback, if you find yourself having an “a-ha” moment while using it with your students, feel free to share your suggestions to improve the product with me!
Here are some examples of courteous buyers reaching out to me by leaving a question in the Q&A so that I can fix any issues. I am happy to revise the resources to make them the best they can be!
As you can see from these examples, I am more than happy to help, and I truly appreciate you reaching out!
